Mandate’s warfighting-culture agenda includes abolishing DEI offices, eliminating CRT programs, reversing transgender service and related medical funding, removing unfit recruits, and reinstating troops discharged over COVID vaccine refusal.

Mandate Ch. 4 (Department of Defense) — Recruiting/culture: eliminate Marxist indoctrination and CRT programs and abolish newly established DEI offices and staff; reverse policies allowing transgender individuals to serve; end public funds for transgender surgeries or abortion for servicemembers; reinstate servicemembers forced out for not receiving COVID vaccine and restore rank/benefits; physical standards without consideration of gender, race, ethnicity, or orientation.
Undo plan
1) Rescind blanket bans on DEI equal-opportunity compliance required by statute and DoD directives on extremism/harassment.
2) Restore accession and retention policies for transgender troops consistent with medical standards and readiness evidence—not ideology bans.
3) Maintain vaccination authority for force health protection under lawful orders while providing fair review of past adverse actions.
4) Audit curricula for accuracy without viewpoint purges of legitimate history/leadership courses.
5) Verify: DEI office closures reversed where legally required; accession data; IG review of politicized removals.
