Mandate Ch. 4 (Department of Defense) — Space Force: Administration has eliminated almost all offensive deterrence capabilities; reduce overclassification; alter SDA fail-early approach toward greater engineering rigor; increase general officer positions; explore creation of Space Force Academy attached initially to Caltech/MIT then built separately.
