Remake USCIS as vetting/enforcement agency with denaturalization push
Mandate would return USCIS from ‘open borders’ to screening/vetting, reimplement denaturalization, create USCIS criminal enforcement with SAUSAs, audit/rescind Biden policies, and reverse key rules (credible fear, public charge, etc.).
Mandate
Mandate Ch. 5 (Department of Homeland Security) — USCIS: return to operating as screening and vetting agency; reimplementation of denaturalization office prosecuting fraud with DOJ; create criminal enforcement component investigating Title 8 benefits fraud via SAUSAs; complete audit of Biden policies with Day One rescissions; reverse regulations including credible fear and public charge approaches; end biometrics reuse flexibilities.
Undo plan
1) Rescind Day One mass rescissions that recreate backlogs and lawful-status chaos.
2) Keep denaturalization rare, court-centered, and reserved for clear fraud—not political dragnets.
3) Separate benefits adjudication from criminal investigative culture; fund FDNS appropriately.
4) Restore evidence-based asylum/credible-fear procedures consistent with statute and treaties.
5) Verify: processing times; denaturalization case criteria; Federal Register reversals.
