Mandate Ch. 12 (Energy) — American Energy Dominance priorities: support repeal of massive spending bills like IIJA and IRA that established new programs and provide hundreds of billions in subsidies to renewable developers/investors/special interests, and support rescinding all funds not already spent by these programs.
Undo plan
1) Protect obligated grid resilience, cleanup, and nuclear credit funds that improve reliability.
2) Rescind only unobligated balances after project-by-project review.
3) Replace blunt repeal with technology-neutral reliability incentives if climate subsidies are cut.
4) Hold harmless tribally and rural cooperative projects underway.
5) Verify: reliability (SAIDI/SAIFI), bills, and canceled-project counts.
