1) Rescind any Comstock enforcement campaign against FDA-approved medication abortion mailed/shipped lawfully.
2) Issue OLC/SG interpretations consistent with modern FDA regime and patient access.
3) Coordinate with HHS so reproductive health care is not chilled by postal criminalization threats.
4) Seek legislative clarification if needed to protect interstate access to medication abortion.
5) Verify: no novel §1461/1462 indictments against lawful abortion medication distribution.
