Mandate Ch. 14 (HHS) — Office of Head Start: eliminate Head Start and the entire OHS; at minimum rescind COVID-19 vaccine and mask requirements.
Undo plan
1) Reject elimination of Head Start; restore full funding and program integrity oversight.
2) Strengthen health/safety enforcement and transparency after incidents without ending the program.
3) Invest in quality improvement, workforce pay, and evidence-based early learning.
4) Maintain reasonable infectious-disease policies with community input.
5) Verify: monitoring findings; school-readiness assessments; enrollment of eligible children.
