Mandate Ch. 6 (Department of State) — Embassies/Africa (and Section 2 summary): divisive symbols such as the rainbow flag or Black Lives Matter flag have no place next to the Stars and Stripes at embassies; in Africa focus on core security, economic, and human rights rather than impose radical abortion and pro-LGBT initiatives; reject promotion of divisive policies that hurt deepening shared goals.
Undo plan
1) Restore posts’ discretion for Pride and inclusive diplomacy consistent with EEO and local security assessments.
2) Continue global health programs (including reproductive health) as Congress funds them.
3) Separate human-rights advocacy from culture-war gag rules.
4) Issue flag/display guidance protecting U.S. brand without banning lawful inclusive expression.
5) Verify: revised display cables; partner-nation feedback; program funding continuity.
