Mandate Ch. 1 (White House Office) — White House Policy Councils: incoming councils need to move rapidly to lead policy processes around cross-cutting agency topics, including countering China, enforcing immigration laws, reversing regulatory policies in order to promote energy production, combating the Left’s aggressive attacks on life and religious liberty, and confronting “wokeism” throughout the federal government.

1) Reset NSC/NEC/DPC charters to lawful, evidence-based interagency coordination—not ideological purge campaigns labeled as anti-“wokeism.”
2) Restore civil-rights, DEI-lawful EO frameworks, and scientific integrity policies rescinded under those cross-cuts; reinstate related offices.
3) Separate national-security China strategy from domestic culture-war directives that chill career employees.
4) Require published decision memos citing statutory authority for each cross-cut initiative.
5) Verify: EO rescission/reinstatement list; employee-protections metrics (OSC complaints); energy and immigration rules returned to APA process with full records.
