Mandate Ch. 2 (Executive Office of the President) — Gender Policy Council: immediately revoke EO 14020 and every related policy/guidance; abolishing GPC would eliminate central promotion of abortion (‘health services’), comprehensive sexuality education, and woke gender ideology including ‘gender affirming care’ and surgeries on minors; appoint SAP-rank or higher life-and-family coordinator with DPC.
Undo plan
1) Rescind any order abolishing GPC if it eliminated coordination on gender equity, anti-violence, and reproductive health statutory programs.
2) Restore interagency capacity on women’s economic security, LGBTQ+ nondiscrimination where required by law, and global health without ideology bans.
3) Separate clinical standards of care for gender dysphoria from White House political litmus tests; follow HHS/medical-board evidence processes.
4) Codify that EOP restructuring cannot unilaterally defund congressionally authorized health programs.
5) Verify: inventory of rescinded GPC products and restored statutory program offices.
