1) Rescind FAR/OFPP guidance that conditions eligibility on political or cultural litmus tests unrelated to performance.
2) Restore content-neutral procurement standards focused on cost, capability, security, and labor/compliance law.
3) Prohibit using contracts as a secondary culture-war enforcement tool against lawful DEI or speech policies of private firms.
4) Codify contractor viewpoint-neutrality and due-process protections in the FAR.
5) Verify: IG review of contested debarments/suspensions; publish OFPP policy memos rolled back.
